Over the last 25 years, Ivan has led teams, firms, and listed holdings in 6 countries. Along with multi-national corporations (ABB & Alstom), startups, and his consulting agency, he managed complicated M&A transformations and drove complex business development engagements. He served as Board Director in 10 companies and has realized two very successful MedTech exits. His current role is helping companies become and stay successful in the rapidly changing world of technology. Ivan is also the inventor of the SAIL Leadership method.
